Please note that the AGM running order is subject to change. All papers will be uploaded here by Friday 8h November.

This formal notice of AGM also invites nominations for election to the Lambeth Liberal Democrats 2025 Executive Committee. Serving on our Executive Committee is a fantastic way to play your part in shaping the direction of our local party. You can stand for one of our dedicated Officer positions, or as an Ordinary Member (without portfolio).

Role descriptions for Officer positions can be found at the link below.

Thank you to member Peter Truesdale for acting as Returning Officer for these elections. Please submit any nominations in writing to Peter at peter@truesdale.com, citing the role for which you seek election and including a 100 word statement covering why you wish to stand and what you hope to bring to the role.

Each nomination must be proposed and seconded by members of the Lambeth Liberal Democrats and submitted in writing to Peter Truesdale before the close of nominations. Nominations close at the AGM on Sunday 17 November 2024. In the days following the AGM all members will be electing membership of the 2025 Executive Committee via electronic voting. You will receive your e-ballot (or voting instructions through the mail) within seven days of the AGM.

We are particularly excited to be joined by Bobby Dean - Lib Dem MP for Carshalton & Wallington and Roger Hayes - Lib Dem Councillor in Kingston upon Thames. This will be an opportunity to hear their perspective on our ambitions for the Liberal Democrats in Westminster and Lambeth, following this year's fantastic General Election result.
