AGM 2023

As Secretary, I would like to invite you on behalf of 'The Lambeth Liberal Democrats' to our 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

on 19 November 2023 commencing at 6.00pm, held at

The Florence in Herne Hill
131 - 133 Dulwich Road
SE24 0NG

The formal part of the AGM is expected to last approximately 1.5 hours, where we will hear from our guest Caroline Pidgeon and our Mayoral and GLA candidates.

The AGM will be followed by our 2023 END OF YEAR PARTY!

The AGM will be electing the Officers and Ordinary Members of the 2024 Executive Committee, I am inviting nominations for election to these roles. I would like to thank member Peter Truesdale for acting as Returning Officer for these elections - please submit any nominations to Peter at peter@truesdale.com. Nominations shall close at the AGM. They must be proposed and seconded, and except in the case of nominations made at the AGM, shall be in writing signed by the proposer, seconder and candidate. This year’s AGM will be packed with interesting & useful content. Our Chair, Sarah Lewis, will give a report from this year’s activities. Donna Smith, leader of our council group will provide an update. Papers can be found here and will be updated by 10th November, in advance of our AGM. 

We are delighted that we will be joined by GLA member Caroline Pidgeon as our guest. Caroline together with our very own Lambeth members Rob Blackie, London Mayoral candidate, and Christopher French, GLA candidate for the Lambeth & Southwark constituency, will share their views  on  How to Win in London and answer your questions.
